Tagout SMS program
Program name: Tagout Scheduling Alerts
Description: Tagout sends text messages to restaurant and hotel staff and managers about open shifts. Managers text Tagout when a shift needs coverage. Tagout texts staff with the matching job code an offer to pick up the shift, which may include an incentive, confirms the shift with the first person who replies YES, lets late responders know the shift was filled, and sends the manager a recap. Tagout may also send the manager reminders to update their schedule and a history of past shift pickups on request, along with account notifications.
How you opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, or when your employer adds you to Tagout and you confirm by replying YES to our first message. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or employment.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your schedule and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out
Text STOP to cancel at any time. After you text STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, text START or sign up again.
